In our last blog we wrote about all our different tents and the venues they would be best suited for. And now that you have an idea of what type of tent you want for your special event, you need to decorate and equip it. Elite Tents and Events can provide everything you would need – from tables, chairs and dance floors to tent liners and even chandeliers!
Let’s explore our options starting with the basics – tables and chairs. Elite Tents and Events have a large selection of shapes, styles and sizes for you to choose from.
Starting with the most formal type of chair is the Chiavari to provide that added touch of elegance. They come in four different colors – gold, black, white and clear. They are the perfect choice for a more formal function.
If you are hosting a less formal function, choose from our selection of plastic folding chairs, padded or non-padded lawn chairs or bar stools. We offer several different colors to choose from for the lawn chairs.
Our tables are available in circular or rectangular options with varying sizes available. We also have bar tables for those informal get togethers. We are open to your ideas and special requests if you don’t see what you want here.
That covers the basics, but we still have more to offer! What’s a party without a dance floor and lighting? Dance the night (or day) away on any floor size. Event Tents and Events uses Snap Lock flooring which will snap together easily to create any floor size you need. We do need a flat surface though, so fit the flooring is to be placed on grass, it will need to have a sub-floor to provide a nice level surface.
Set the mood with a nice assortment of lighting options. What’s your theme? Elegant and refined? Choose our chandeliers (yes you can have chandeliers in a tent!). Accent the mood with spot lights and string lighting to create that special ambience.
To finish off that special atmosphere, we also offer tent liners and leg drapes. They are the perfect finishing touch to any event or wedding, providing texture and depth to your unique setting.
Elite Tents and Events can also provide event staging with or without black skirting in a wide variety of dimensions to accommodate head tables or a DJ and their gear. Stage stairs with railings are also available.
