Planning your event or wedding and reception can be full of details and become overwhelming, that’s why Elite Tent and Rentals is here to help you through the selection of your event or wedding tent. We provide full service from start to finish, assisting you from the initial free site survey to determine the best type of tent for your event – Marquee, Frame or Clear span, walls, partial walls, no walls, tables, chairs and everything else you may need to make your wedding or event that extra special occasion you have always wanted.
While Elite Tents and Events will help guide you through the details, there are a few things that you should consider beforehand which will make it easier for us to provide the best service and equipment to make your party, event or wedding special.
One of the first things you need to have in mind is a budget of what you want to spend. Low or high, we are able to accommodate and work within your dollar limits. Things that you may want to consider including (other than the event tent of course), would be:
Tables and chairs – how many guests are you expecting? How many guests do you want seated at each table (you may want to space out your guests for social distancing purposes)? Do you want circular or rectangular tables? Will you be doing a formal seated dinner, buffet dinner or cocktail event?
Determining the number of guests attending will give us a good idea as to what size tent you will need to provide enough space to accommodate your guests in comfort. Typically, a 20×40 Marquee or frame (recommended) tent will seat up to 80 people or 120 +/- for a standing cocktail party. Additional space may be required if you are wanting a dance floor, separate reception area, bar or stage.
Ambience can be provided with lighting using string lighting, spotlights or chandeliers or a combination, dependent on your overall plans and theme. Elite Tents and Events is fully equipped to provide whatever type of lighting you may need.
Another ingredient in setting the mood for your wedding tent is the use of walls. You can choose to have full walls, partial walls, no walls, clear wallsor draped walls. And don’t forget the fans or heating depending on the time of year you are holding your event.
